The Hesston Steam Museum's Ghost Train

Last year we experienced the Hesston Steam Museum for the first time. We loved it, and their ghost train so much we had to get back again this year. Grandpa Buddy came out this year too!

Ready to get spooked on the ghost train. I'm not sure who's doing the spooking and who's getting spooked.

Now they're getting spooked by the Crazy Lumberjack

Batman, Cinderelle, and the Vampire

Hank said, "Mommy, that guy is naked."

Eleanor's First Piano Recital

Eleanor has been taking piano lessons since February. She does a wonderful job and her skill and confidence and enjoyment of playing are continually growing. In October, she had her first recital. She played "Gliding" solo and "What a Song" together with her teacher, Miss Abby. And she was so lucky that Aunt Shea and Uncle Pat were in town and able to see her play.

She was poised and confident and played perfectly! We were oh so very proud of this little lady!

Our Search For The Great Pumpkin

One of our favorite fall activities, getting pumpkins. Specifically from Blue Jay Farms. Sadly, we learned that this will be our last year going there. They are retiring so we will need to find a new favorite pumpkin patch.

  And now carved!
