All kids do it. Things they know they shouldn't. Things that make their parents say "No, no." And when Hank does these things, like thow food on the floor or sit on the opened dishwasher door, he looks at you and laughs. Other times, like when he wants to play Chutes N Ladders or goes too close to the fireplace, saying "No" hurts his feelings and he cries like, well, like a baby.
Hank LOVES the little desk in the office. If it's quiet and you can't find him, he's probably at his desk. And if he begins to cry, it's probably because he wants down.
He's starting to put words together better too. Besides 'mama' and 'dada' and 'ba' (which to him is 'ball', 'bye' and 'bottle' and anything he points to), he also says 'num num' (good food) and 'nigh nigh' (night night). We went to some shops downtown and in every store he said 'hi'. Such a polite young man.
And when I point the camera in his direction, he's also learned to smile and cheese it up.
